• The Cultural Association "Blood & Honour España" has been broken up by the spanish police during the 21 of april.

  The 21 suspects – ranging in age from 17 to 34 – were arrested on charges of crimes against the exercise of the fundamental rights and public liberties, defending the Holocaust, illegal association, and possessing and trafficking arms, said a statement from the military police force. 5 of them are still in prison, and the rest had got freedom with charges.
  
  The Civil Guard said Blood & Honour had affiliates across Europe and the US. The Spanish group is accused of organizing concerts at which they would incite xenophobia, racism, anti-Semitism and the use of violence.
  
  The concerts, attended by some 300 to 500 followers, were held on the summer and winter solstices, or on dates commemorating the births or deaths of Nazi figures including Adolf Hitler or Rudolf Hess, the Civil Guard said. The gang had been operating since 1999 and maintained contact through fanzines and the internet, it said.
  
  Police seized two guns, knives, swords, iron fists, and one axe, as well as an array of Nazi paraphernalia in raids on the suspects’ homes and the group’s meeting places in Madrid, Sevilla, Jaen, Burgos and Zaragoza.
  
  For what they are accused, they could be sentenced for the following times of imprisonment

  - Illegal association : 2 to 4 years for the leaders , 1 to 3 years for the members
  - Guns traffic: 2 to 4 years (not sure, there are different types)
  - Offences against the fundamental rights and public liberties: 1 to 3 years
  - Eulogy of the genocide: 1 to 2 years

  Blood & Honour España is a legal Cultural Association and they are registered in the Home Office following all the required rules. We have been in some of their gigs and we have NEVER seen any of their members selling weapons of any kind.

  It's clear that this is just a new action of the socialist government against the National socialists, raiding houses and headquarters and saying to the media that the have arrested a dangerous gang of Nazi Weapon Dealers, when they have only found 2 real fire guns, but they could even have licence for those fire arms and have them at home legally, it's a ridiculous load for such a dangerous and terrible gunfire dealers organization as all the mass media is saying that they are.

  The last week a book seller and editor was sentenced to pay a fine of  3.600 € to avoid going to prison, as he was accused of apology of the genocide. The Public prosecutor wanted an imprisonment of 2 years and a half and also the disabiling during 2 years for during any commercial activity, editorial activity, distribution or getting a public employment, what means that this men could have lost his way of live.

  A huge quantity of material has been confiscated, including flags, books, posters, magazines, stickers, patches, videos, Cd's, daggers, and even personal objects of this comrades like T-shirts, boots and bomber jackets.

• On the 25th of May of 2004, three members of the cultural association ‘Circulo de Estudios Indoeuropeos’ (Circle of Indo-European Studies, or CEI) were arrested in Spain, in the region of Catalonia (NE), by the regional police.
  
  The CEI is a perfectly legal cultural association; in fact, its name can be found inscribed in the registry of associations of the Spanish Home Office, and all of CEI's publications and magazines have the proper legal deposit and paperwork. The association has delegations in several regions of Spain and even in Mexico.
  
  The three arrested are:
  
  1. Ramon Bau, 56, president of CEI, who was once a member of the Spanish White nationalist organization CEDADE. Among other activities, during the 1960s and 70s CEDADE helped to publish the books that were forbidden in other European countries. Apart from being a respectable man, who has never said or written a single word in favour of violent acts, Mr. Bau is a well known comrade across the European world, and edited the magazine 'Bajo la Tiranía' ('Under the Tyranny').
  
  2. Oscar P.G, 27, a CEI delegate in the region of Catalonia. He is the owner of the Kalki Bookstore, which was also raided by the police in June of 2003. He is awaiting judgement on this case.
  
  3. Carlos G.S, 35, member of CEI and a regular writer in the CEI magazines.
  
  These men are accused of forming an 'illegal association' for the 'distribution of material that incites discrimination, hate and violence against groups for racial reasons' and for 'denying the Jewish Holocaust and justifying genocide,' for 'committing offences against the exercise of the fundamental rights and public liberties, and against the international community.'
  
  A subsection of CEI was focused on the spiritual aspects of National Socialism, but it was not a combat group or connected with violence in any way. Since the section used uniforms and had a hierarchy, the police have declared them to be an "illegal paramilitary association, organised in combat units with the aim of the active resistance against the government, including the use of weapons."
  
  The police claim is completely false. The only weapons they found were small knives, old-fashioned historial sword and dagger reproductions, and a Co2 gun, such as might be found in the homes of thousands of ordinary people. And they found these items not in the CEI offices, but in the homes of the men arrested. So, for being a ‘paramilitary’ group, they were a quite strange one: They didn’t do any kind of fight or combat training; they didn’t practise with or even own a single firearm; their chief is nearly 60 years old; and their most dangerous activities were outdoor excursions and hikes in the mountains.
  
  The real aim of the ‘Circulo de Estudios Indoeuropeos’ was historical, cultural, political, and philosophical study, without any aim of forming a political party, or taking part in elections, or taking power by the use of force. They have tried always to respect the Spanish law. A proof of that is that they decided to host their website on a Spanish server, which is subject, of course, to Spanish law.
  
  If convicted, they could be condemned to the following years of imprisonment:
  # The leaders of the 'illegal association': between 2 and 4 years.
  # The active members of the 'illegal association': between 1 and 3 years.
  # For the 'justification' and 'denial' of 'the Holocaust': between 1 and 2 years additional, each.
  
  A huge quantity of material has been confiscated, including flags, books, posters, magazines, stickers, uniforms, armbands, pins, helmets, videos, Cd's, historical sword and dagger reproductions, and even many items of non-political personal property.

• Finally has been published the compilation Cd with 20 songs of 10 bands that features the new generation of Spanish Ns/Nr bands. The title is 'Gritos de Guerra de la JNR' (War cry of the JNR). This is a project of the organization J.N.R (National Revolutionary Youth) to raise funds for their political activities and street propaganda.  The price is 10 Euro / $. + postage charges (aprox. 2 Euros/ $). • The Aryan Rebels - "Spirit Of 1939" Cd was planned to be edited in the start of 2003 but those plans have drasticly changed due to the singer of the band being incarcerated. This man is a P.O.W. He now sits in a german prison for the next 7 years, convicted of 'hate crimes' and bogus charges for banned cds that he did not even order. Thule Publications received word from him that things are not good, he has a wife and a young child , he was the worker in the family.  Thule Publications was asked to do whatever we can for him to raise some money to help out.
  Thule Publications  have decided to do a complilation cd or double cd depending on the amount of bands that contact us wanting to contribute to this effort. We are searching for all the bands that are friends with the Aryan Rebels singer "barfly", we want to make sure everyone that is ofiliated is aware of this project. ANY bands interested in contributing to this pow compilation double cd are incouraged to contact us emediatly. We will make a product people will want to buy, we will use proceeds to help out while he is down in prison. This is a sincere effort for a good cause. • 29-12-02 A week ago finally the long awaited tribute-CD for the German band Landser was released with great covers of their best legal songs by groups as Bound for Glory, Estirpe Imperial, Max Resist, Radikahl, Nemesis and Brutal Attack. The proceeds will largely go to a fund that will financially help Landser in their court case against the German ‘free’ state.  That will be a second part of the tribute that will  be out in February, so be patient for a little more time.
  

• News from Russia: Ian Stuart memorial, that was a long-awaited concert and about 200 people from all of the Russia visited it. It took place in one club near Moscow. There were 3  bands Apraxia from Beylorussia and two bands from Moscow: Svarog and Kolovrat. When Kolovrat was on the stage OMON (Russian SWAT) troops burst in to this club. All skins who were trying to resist were brutally beaten. Other few hours we spent lying on dirty floor of this club with machine guns near our heads. Then there was talk with police, who gathered info on us. All people with NS tattoos were also beaten. After six ours we were put in to army trucks and landed in few kilometers near Moscow in late night. So see what wonderful government we have they could let 50 Islamists capture building in the center of Moscow, but young Russian nationalists can't have just a gig in Moscow region. Russia is finally turning in to police state. But they won't anything but hatred; they are making our revolution by repressions.

• SKINHEADS BOYCOTT "DISCIPLINE"

Many nationalists are sympathetic towards the hardcore band "Discipline" from the Netherlands (Veldhoven). The singer likes to profile himself as a right-wing skinhead if (!) it fits the crowd. This  is what gave them a sympathetic ear amongst nationalist skinheads. In some countries -like Germany- they especially like to profile themselves as right-wing skinheads. But the truth is different! The rumours about  cocaine use of at least some bandmembers became stronger and stronger. After some inquiries the bandmembers admitted to use cocaine. Especially the  singer (Joost de Graaf) en guitarist (Erik Wouters) are cocaine junkies (besides their obvious abuse of anabolic steroids).  Some investigation also proved ties with the antifascists. It's a proven  fact that the drummer of Discipline, Joost Strijbos, is the brother of a well-known Dutch antifascist activist: Bart Strijbos. And their real attitude against nationalist skinheads became clear at a gig in the Netherlands. When only a very small group of nationalists were present in the audience, the guitarist, Eric Kusters, provoced the  crowd to attack the few nationalists present. Erik Kusters, Joost de Graaf, Erik Wouters and of course Joost Strijbos mobilized some of their 'Discipline Stomping Crew' and other left-wing skinheads to attack the small group  of nationalists in the audience. Even when the nationalist were down on  the ground, the group kept on kicking their boots in their faces. Three nationalists had to be hospitalized. After the incident "Discipline"-bandmembers reported to the police the names of  nationalist skinheads (in total 8 names). Besides this report they were willing to  claim that "Hitler-salutes" were done and inform about organisational structures of the local nationalist group. After this attack all Dutch nationalist skinheads are boycotting "Discipline". And because "Discipline" is afraid for an 'answer' to their attack when the odds are more even, they have threatened to mobilize well-known black criminals if any local nationalist skinhead would  strike back. So, concidering all the facts, any real nationalist skinhead should at least boycott "Discipline". And 'let them know' that they're not welcome to perform a gig in their town without getting an 'answer' to their attacks onnationalist skinheads!  PLEASE FORWARD THIS WARNING TO ANY NATIONALIST SKINHEAD!
