1 - When, where and why do you form Escuadron 88 ? Which is the current alignment of the band?
Escuadron88 was formed in the city of Montevideo, in the month of February of 1999. The band was formed, for the simple reason, that here the movement skin doesn't exist and I believe that the fact that a musicalband  skin exists, would help to develop the movement  in our country. The current formation is Alejandro (the skinny) in guitar, Luis (the crazy) & Richard (the head) in drums and Sebastián (the Celtic) in screams.

2 - How would you define your sound? With which bands could compare you?

Now we are beginning to discover our true sound. We could say that it is an primitive oi! with touches of  Hardcore. We would like to be defined as Hatecore. There are many bands that have influenced us: Division 250, Zetme 88, Torquemada1488, Comando Suicida, Batallon de Castigo, Final Solution, Hatemonger, Dying Breed, The Brawlers, Londinium SPQR, and of course Skrewdriver.

3 - In that you are inspired when you write the songs? Which are your  favorite topics when composing a song?
I am inspired, in the raw reality. In our white race, road goes to their destruction and nobody makes anything to avoid it. I am inspired by my hate, against the corrupt and homosexual political class. My favorite topic,  is on the movement skin, pagan and historical topics (the history of my race, is something that inspires me enough)

4 - If you had to choose 2 or 3 of your songs like the best, which would they be and what do they speak about ?
At the moment we have only five songs: Guerreros Urbanos (Urban Warriors) that speaks on the fight in the streets; Escuadron Anti-gay (Squadron Anti-Gay), expressed our homofobia and hate against it seals it homosexual; Always Faithful, dedicated to the skinhead movement; Wolves of Odin, a tribute to the warring gods of the north; Beer, you already imagined that it speaks about.

5 - Which your ideological bases are? Which are your models political and favorite revolutionaries?
I am Skinhead. For my the Skin is nationalist and racist. Ideologically, the National German Socialism and the White Nationalism of David Lane, is doctrines with which I have many points in common. No Doubt Adolf Hitler, David Lane y Ramiro Ledesma, are my favorite political-revolutionaries models

6 - You think that the music is a good element to spread the NS ideology? What you think of those that say that the music Skin is single noise strident and doesn't anything have to do with the Nacionalsocialism?
As Ian Stuart said: "A pamphlet you read it and later you throw it to the garbage. A song learns it and you remember it forever". On those that they criticize our music, to tell them that the inquisition against the rock, finished a while ago. If something has to do with the NS?, with the German NS of the ' 30, of course that not, but we are living another time and another situation. I don't live off the memories, the future is our and to inclination of our music, we will give our message.

7 - What you think about the power that it manages the press in this globalizated world?
The press, is a center of liars, degenerates and mercenaries. The press works to the service of the system and of the world power. The doesn't exist an objective press, they say what the money sends. Here in Uruguay, the press make a great circus on us. They said that we were as 500, we had a war arsenal ! and i didn't know hoy many stupidities. Who know us, know that here this recently begins and that we are few. And our 'guns' at the moment they have been the work and the will to form a movement in our country. My only message to the press, is that Our vengeance will be the death, they won't be able  to avoid it

8 - You  made a skinzine called "Orgullo Skinhead" ("Skinhead Pride") that now there is replaced by Direct Action" which are the changes in the publication besides the name? For that decided to stop to make "Orgullo Skinhead."

The changes of the zine, on one hand they are the format, this it is 1/2 letter. The new 'zine' has bigger quantity of pages, and the articles are varied. On the skin movement, interviews, political texts, and reviews of CDs, beers and films. "Orgullo Skinhead" had a year of history, they were taken out 13 numbers. I stopped to make itfor several reasons: 1 - legal:  now we have the possibility to distribute our zine, in stores of CDs, and as there was a penal accusation against "Orgullo Skinhead", we had that to change the name. 2- because this new zine, is different in format, in rhythm and because it has been very worked  but seriously in their edition and distribution.

9 - Which  are your ' favorite zines? What do you say of Romper Stomper film?
I like all, because all contribute with a grain of sand to our cause and movement. I have read several as Volksturm, Fénix, 20/04, Vitoria, Imperio Blanco, Thor's Hammer, Hispania Oi!, Respuesta Sonora, ISB, etc. About Romper Stomper, the argument in it is a piece of shit, but I like those violent scenes and the music of the movie. I like movies violent as Romper Stomper or Clockwork Orange.

10 - Would you like to play in September in Bs.As., in the Ian Stuart Memorial Concert?
Of course, and for several reasons, we would be the first foreigner RAC band to playin BA and in second place because we want some place to play live, we are a band to play live.
